We now have additional offices conveniently located in Brockton, MA , Fall River, MA, Plymouth, MA and Quincy, MA.

Our attorneys have represented more that 10,000 victims in injury and disability cases. We have represented generations of families who have been satisfied with our legal services. Most of our new clients come into the firm as referrals from prior clients. While many law firms represent both injury plaintiffs and insurance companies, at Morgan & Murphy we have never and will never compromise our exclusive dedication to injury victims by also representing insurance companies. We feel that by focusing solely on plaintiff’s claims, we can deliver high quality representation without any conflicts of interest.
